MARTA, a rural public transportation system located in the San Bernardino Mountains, is seeking a person with management skills and experience, preferably in the transportation industry.

This position requires extensive knowledge of public transit operations, safety, scheduling, planning, operator training, drug and alcohol compliance, and finance. The qualified candidate must possess computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel and capable of learning new computer programs.

Minimum qualification: A bachelor's degree and 5 years transit experience in a management/supervisory capacity. Experience in multiple areas in a transit environment can be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
